Sabrina Sabella, Berlin’s Administrator, has been working in long term care for 20 years and has been an Administrator for 9 years. Sabrina became an Administrator for a myriad of reasons. One is to make a difference in the lives of others. She enjoys working with people… the residents, their families and team.
Holly Tamburro
Director of Nursing
Holly Tamburro RN BSN graduated from Wilmington University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Holly has worked in the skilled nursing industry for the past 11 years in various roles but has been a Director of Nursing since 2015. She strives for the clinical team to provide patient centered care, focusing on positive clinical outcomes.
Jessica Sipp
Director of Rehabilitation
Jessica Sipp graduated from Lebanon Valley College with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2014. She has spent majority of her career working in the SNF/LTC setting and home health setting. She joined Reliant Rehabilitation in 2021 and has enjoyed the opportunity to bring her skills to Berlin Rehab.
Erika Fiorentino
Director of Admissions
Erika Fiorentino has been working in the healthcare industry since 2013. With the beginning of her skilled nursing career being in short term rehabilitation, she enjoys working with the patients and families, guiding them though a quick rehab turn around to home. However, since joining the Marquis family, she has enjoyed the opportunity to expand her knowledge base to include the long term aspect of the care continuum.
